Among others we found the Cascade Zydeco club, a small group of local
zydeco lovers. and I wanted to share the info I have about them, just in
case you care for it. Their website is:

They meet every Wednesday at a very practical place which has a bar area and a separate small but very good dance floor. They do not have bands but a "DJ" who puts on CDs and they have a half hour lesson each time. Nice, friendly crowd (as all zydeco places). The charge is $3/person and we were surprised to see that payment is self-service (in/out from a jar).
